The primary outlet for academic excellence within the World Affairs Program is competition at national conferences. Every year FSUWAP travels across the country competing at the most prestigious and highly regarded universities in the nation. Over the past two decades, FSU WAP has racked up dozens upon dozens of overall delegation awards for Florida State and hundreds of individual awards showing the prowess and determination of FSU against what are considered to be the academic elite of the US.

This year the Florida State World Affairs Program will be traveling to many conferences and cities including: Georgetown University’s National Collegiate Security Conference, the Southern Regional Model United Nations Conference, the Florida Model United Nations Conference, the University of California Berkley’s Model United Nations Conference and the Five College Model United Nations Conference hosted by Mt. Holyoke University in New Hadley Massachusetts.
